People searching for a no ID casino are usually picturing a single document: a passport or driving licence scan. The terms of these operators reserve rather more than that, and the item most likely to end a withdrawal is not the ID at all.
This page sets out what actually gets requested, in the operators’ own words, with the date we read each document.
The five things they reserve the right to ask for

Deposit and play| Document | What it means in practice | Who names it |
|---|---|---|
| Proof of identity | Passport, national ID or driving licence. The one everybody expects. | Jackbit by name; Cloudbet as “ID”; every operator in some form |
| Proof of address | A utility bill or bank statement, recent, in your name. Carries more personal data than the ID itself. | Jackbit and Cloudbet by name; Cloudbet’s clause specifies utility bills |
| A selfie holding the document | A photograph of you with the ID visible, to defeat reuse of a stolen scan. | Cloudbet, clause 7.11 — and it may be required at deposit, not only at withdrawal |
| Video verification | A live call or recording in which you show the documents. Jackbit’s terms invoke it specifically where papers are not in a Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. | Jackbit and Wild.io by name |
| Source of income | Evidence of where the money you deposited came from — payslips, bank statements, tax records. Far more intrusive than an ID, and the hardest to satisfy quickly. | Jackbit, listed alongside the rest as requestable “at any time” |
Source of income is the one to worry about
An ID scan takes a minute to supply. Proving where your money came from is a different order of task: it means bank statements or payslips, it takes days to assemble, and it can simply fail if your finances are irregular, if you are paid in cash, or if the deposits came from crypto you acquired years ago.
Jackbit’s terms list it in the same breath as the rest — proof of address, proof of identity, video verification, source of income, requestable “at any time” — and set out the consequence of not satisfying the request: the account may be terminated, winnings confiscated, and only the deposits returned. Wild.io’s clause 13.1 is blunter still, providing for confiscation of the entire balance where an identity check is failed or refused.
So the realistic risk is not being asked for a passport. It is being asked for something you cannot produce, at the moment your balance is at its largest.
When the request arrives
Almost always at a withdrawal, and almost always at a larger one. The exception is worth noting: Cloudbet’s clause 7.11 permits identity verification “when effecting deposits into your account”, which moves the check to the way in.
Only one operator we have read publishes a threshold. TrustDice’s clause 5.3 reserves verification for withdrawals over 1 BTC or €2,000 — and then, in the same sentence, for any withdrawal regardless of amount. We tested it: withdrawals came back in 10 to 15 minutes for a long stretch with nothing requested, then verification triggered once cumulative withdrawals reached roughly US$5,000, leaving US$900 unwithdrawn. Note that cumulative totals counted, not just single amounts.
Lucky Vibe is the other data point from our own testing: the withdrawal completed, but verification landed exactly at the withdrawal request rather than at signup, with the verification email arriving in about 30 seconds.
What to do about it
- Read the verification clause before depositing. It takes about ten minutes per operator and it is the only place the real answer lives.
- Withdraw early and often rather than letting a balance build. Cumulative totals attract attention as reliably as single large amounts.
- Check the restricted-country clause first. If your country is named, the verification request becomes the moment a breach you committed at signup is discovered — see our UK and Australia audits.
- Assume the documents will be needed one day. Every operator reserves it; none of them waive it.
Questions about no ID casinos
Can I play without ever showing ID?
Often, if the amounts stay small. We took US$3,000 out of one account with no verification, so it happens. It is a description of what sometimes occurs, not of any commitment the operator has made.
What if I refuse to verify?
The terms answer this directly. Wild.io: confiscation of the entire balance. Jackbit: account terminated, winnings confiscated, deposits returned. Neither is unusual wording in this niche.
Is a no ID casino the same as a no KYC casino?
The phrases are used interchangeably and both are misleading in the same way. KYC covers the whole set of checks, of which the ID is one item, and the wording is about when checks start rather than whether they exist.
Are my documents safe once I send them?
That is the strongest argument for these sites and worth stating fairly: a passport scan you never uploaded cannot leak from a verification vendor. The trade is that you are dealing with an operator no regulator supervises, which cuts the other way.
How to read our four labels
- Tested, withdrawn — we deposited our own money and completed a withdrawal. Amount, timing and whether documents were requested can all be named.
- Tested, deposit only — the account was funded and played, but no withdrawal was completed. No payout time is quoted for these.
- Test in progress — our money is in the account and the withdrawal test is running. The deposit date is shown.
- From operator terms — we have not funded this account. The verification line quotes the operator’s own clause and the date we read it.
