The game-level blocks nobody mentions
Cloudbet accepts Canadian accounts and then removes every NYX / NextGen title under clause 2.11. None of this is hidden — it simply lives in a different part of the terms from the one comparison pages read.
The practical warning generalises beyond Canada: lobbies are not always filtered by location, so seeing a game in the list is not confirmation you are entitled to what it pays. Why Canada is treated differently
Gambling regulation in Canada sits with the provinces rather than with a single national regulator, which is why offshore operators rarely bother to name the country in a restricted list.
